"We'd love to share our passion for food with you. Following a collective 25 years working at the pinnacle of the fine dining scene in Sussex and 18 months in top kitchens in Asia and Australia exploring fusion dishes and techniques.
 
Provenance, locality and seasonality are at the heart of everything we do. We work alongside the game keepers at Birch Grove and also Kent and Sussex farmers and fishers to ensure that the premium produce available on our doorstep is creatively showcased in our visually-enticing and flavour-packed dishes".
